Heritage. Opportunity. People. Empowerment.
Heritage & Hope exists to build stronger, healthier and more inclusive communities where everyone belongs.
Our story
How Heritage & Hope began
Heritage & Hope began with a belief that communities become stronger when people's heritage, experiences and voices are recognised.
What began through community celebration has developed into a broader commitment to bringing cultures and generations together, strengthening community relationships and creating opportunities for people to participate, learn and thrive.
Today our work combines culture, wellbeing, volunteering, education, community outreach and partnership.

Our vision
“Building stronger, healthier and more inclusive communities where everyone belongs.”

- Build meaningful partnerships with charities, public services, businesses, education providers and community organisations.
- Support local businesses, social enterprises and voluntary organisations.
- Create lasting impact through inclusion, respect, compassion and collaboration.
How we work
Led by what communities tell us
Our activities should respond to genuine community needs. We listen, work with communities and partners, develop appropriate projects and learn from the resulting impact.
